Kelley Frances Fenelon
Managing Director
Dr. Kelley-Frances Fenelon is Managing Director of the Corporate Impact Lab, where she partners with executives to close the gap between workforce aspiration and execution. She has designed and led leadership development programs across sectors, built graduate-level strategic curricula, and conducted primary research on what enables companies to deliver on workforce commitments. Her analysis of corporate transformation—including Fortune 500 inclusion initiatives—informs the Impact Lab's approach: executive convenings that build the peer accountability, strategic frameworks, and implementation momentum leaders need to turn vision into measurable change.

Tolu Lawrence
CEO
Tolu Lawrence is an attorney and social impact leader with over 20 years of experience advancing workplace equity through corporate systems change. As CEO and Founder of the Corporate Impact Lab, she partners with executives to turn workforce strategy into enterprise-level transformation. Previously, she served as inaugural Chief Impact Officer at JUST Capital, where she led the Corporate Impact team—spanning corporate action and research, advancement, marketing, and corporate engagement—engaging 100+ executives on workforce transformation and connecting major corporations with data insights and cross-sector partners. Before that, she led the Workplace Advisors program at Equimundo, serving on the Steering Group of the Parental Leave Corporate Task Force and orchestrating partnerships with the Cummins, Kering Foundation, L'Oreal, Procter & Gamble, and Unilever. She holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Laura Thornton
Director
Laura Thornton is Director of Operations and Strategy at JUST Capital’s Corporate Impact Lab, where she focuses on strengthening execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives. With a background in environmental policy and a Master of Public Administration, she brings an operational lens to mission-driven work spanning corporate and nonprofit contexts. She began her career in the public sector advancing climate resilience and community engagement efforts, and now partners with teams across the Lab to translate strategic ambition into coordinated action.

Facilitation & Change Management
Massella Dukuly is a workplace strategist and Head of Workplace Strategy & Innovation at Charter. As part of Charter’s partnership with Corporate Impact Lab, she leads advisory and co-facilitation for the AI & Wellbeing Fellowship. She advises leaders and organizations on talent strategy, culture, and how to adopt and integrate AI in ways that are both effective and sustainable. She has trained over 10,000 leaders globally across companies like Peloton, The New York Times, and TED, and her work has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Thrive Global, First Round Capital, and NPR.

Program Co-Design + Facilitation
Alex Gallafent helps people unlock the full potential of their ideas. A sought-after creative and strategic partner, Alex works across sectors, focusing recently on designing for climate realities, workforce flourishing, and human-centered AI. He also helps organizations create memorable gatherings around the world.
Before launching his own practice, Alex served as Executive Design Director at the renowned design and innovation firm IDEO, where he became its principal storytelling expert and led creative teams across the globe. His path winds through philosophy at Oxford; classical theater and improv; jazz performance; and international journalism with the BBC.

Alison Omens
Founding Senior Advisor
Alison Omens is a senior executive and advisor with deep experience building and scaling mission-driven institutions. As a founding leader and former President of JUST Capital, she helped shape the organization’s strategy, research platform, and corporate engagement model, guiding its growth into a nationally recognized voice on corporate performance and stakeholder value.

Her earlier career spans senior roles in public policy and advocacy, including advising the U.S. Secretary of Labor on private sector engagement. Alison holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. from Scripps College, and is the Founder of Omens Arc Advisory.

Sandy Maltzman
Event Production
Sandy Maltzman is an independent events and strategic communications consultant who specializes in programming and production of C-Suite convenings. Her clients include Fortune, The Conference Board, Leadership Now Project, Ayn Studios, Corporate Impact Lab, and more.
For nearly 20 years, Sandy held positions at NBC News and CNBC across TV, Digital, and as Senior Producer of CNBC’s Events team. She also served as Senior Director of Strategic Communications at JUST Capital. Sandy lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and two teenagers, and is a passionate volunteer for Emily’s Entourage.
